Plain-language rules
House sheets are edited for skim-reading. Hosts receive a one-pager they can forward to legal or HR teams.
Cazinoo began as a side-stage experiment between venue technicians and tabletop designers. Today we are a compact studio obsessed with respectful pacing, legible rules, and scenery that photographs honestly.
Our origin
Early gigs were charity auctions in borrowed community halls. We learned that people stayed longer when someone narrated the stakes kindly. That insight still informs every cue sheet we publish.
We collaborate with independent croupiers, AV partners, and florists who understand weight limits and cable runs. Nothing is “just decoration” if it blocks a sightline.
Operating principles
These commitments travel with us into warehouses, rooftops, and regional ballrooms alike.
House sheets are edited for skim-reading. Hosts receive a one-pager they can forward to legal or HR teams.
Breaks, seating options, and non-alcoholic pairings are designed-in—not improvised when someone asks.
We reuse road cases for years, consolidate trucking, and source local florals when the brief allows.
Share your dates, headcount, and wildest theme—we will respond with a draft run-of-show before we talk numbers.
