Website terms of use

By accessing Cazinoo.live you agree to these terms. If you disagree, discontinue use of the site and contact us through official channels for offline alternatives.

1. Acceptable use

You agree not to probe, disrupt, or overload our systems; not to misrepresent affiliation with Cazinoo; and not to harvest personal data exposed on the site through automated scraping without written permission.

1.1 User submissions

Information you submit via forms must be truthful to the best of your knowledge. You grant us a limited licence to use submissions to respond and to prepare proposals.

2. Intellectual property

Text, layout, and composite imagery on this site are protected. Trademarks referenced belong to their respective owners. No licence is granted except for normal browsing and temporary caching by your browser.

2.1 Portfolio reproduction

Press and partners may request high-resolution assets with credit lines by emailing hello@Cazinoo.live.

3. Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” for informational purposes. Availability is not guaranteed uninterrupted. Pricing and availability on marketing pages are indicative until confirmed in a signed statement of work.

3.1 Entertainment context

Cazinoo produces in-person styled hospitality. We do not operate remote gambling for money; any reference to “casino-style” describes atmosphere and presentation unless expressly covered by a separate regulated agreement.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, Cazinoo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; in those cases our liability is limited to the minimum amount legally permitted.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Courts located in New Zealand have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections elsewhere.

5.1 Severability

If any clause is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the maximum extent possible.
