Privacy policy
Effective date: 9 May 2026 · Cazinoo (“we”, “us”).
1. Data controller
Cazinoo coordinates event production and client communications. For privacy requests, email privacy@Cazinoo.live with “Privacy request” in the subject line.
2. Information we collect
We collect identifiers you voluntarily submit (name, email, phone), event brief details, and billing contacts when a project advances. Technical logs may include IP address, device type, and approximate region derived from standard server records.
2.1 Forms and newsletter fields
Contact and newsletter forms capture the fields displayed at submission. We use this information to reply, schedule calls, and—where opted in—send occasional studio updates.
2.2 Analytics summaries
Where enabled, analytics tools provide aggregated usage patterns. We do not purchase third-party marketing lists to backfill profiles.
3. Lawful bases
Processing rests on performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating a professional services studio, and— where required—your consent (for example, optional marketing messages).
3.1 Withdrawing consent
Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. You may also email privacy@Cazinoo.live to withdraw consent or object to certain processing, subject to legal exceptions.
4. Retention
Active project files are retained for the duration of the engagement plus a limited archive window for warranty and accounting obligations. Prospect enquiries that do not convert are routinely deleted or anonymised after twenty-four months unless a longer hold is agreed in writing.
4.1 Local backups
Encrypted backups may persist briefly in rotation after deletion requests; we reconcile deletes on the next safe restore cycle.
5. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, portability, restriction, or erasure. We will verify reasonable identity signals before fulfilling sensitive requests.
6. International transfers
Primary storage is in New Zealand. If we engage overseas subprocessors, we assess their safeguards and document the arrangement in our vendor register.
7. Updates
We revise this page when practices materially change. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes notice where permitted by law.
